This website offers consumers a convenient way to purchase Oline Workrobe’s products. We provide this website (the “Site”) subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Agreement”). The terms of this Agreement apply whether you are just visiting the Site or are a registered Account user (as described below). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and that you agree to be bound by all of its terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms set forth in this Agreement, please do not use the Site.

The use of certain services on the Site requires the user to have established a user account (an “Account”). There is no charge to establish or maintain an Account, and an Account is not required to make a purchase from the Site. In order to establish an account, you must:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s) and for restricting access to your computer, and for all activities that occur under your Account or password. We reserve the right to terminate any Account at any time in our sole discretion, including without limitation for any failure to comply with these Terms of Use, any fraud or abuse, or any misrepresentation that you or anyone using your Account may make to us.

Currency and Payment Method

We only use IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) as our currency.

We currently accept payment through:

  • Direct Bank Transfer: BCA
  • Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) via Midtrans
  • E-Wallets /  QRis (GoPay, OVO, BCA Mobile Banking using QRis via Midtrans
  • Bank transfer to Mandiri Bill Pay, BNI, Permata and other banks via Midtrans

Domestic Shipping

  • Once we have received the payment, please allow 1 – 2 working days to process your shipment. We will inform the tracking number through e-mail afterwards.
  • We use TIKI courier services for Indonesian customers. REGULAR service is our default option.
  • For Regular shipping, it usually takes 2 – 3 working days for the courier to deliver the products around Java Area and 4 – 5 working days for outside Java Area.
  • All shipping cost will be charged to customer depends on the destination of given address when you are placing your order.


Important Information

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and complete as we are unable to redirect orders once they are shipped.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order payment is accepted.
  • Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible.
  • The items stock number displayed in this website are updated and matched with the stock in our office.

Return and Repair Policy

  • If you experience any issue with our products, please contact us to consult first at [email protected] within 5 (five) working days after you received the product.

Exchange Poilicy

  • Before purchasing, we strongly recommend you to check and choose product with the right size. If you are not sure with the sizing or image shown, please contact us via [email protected] to consult before making your order.
  • If any changes are necessary after order placement, you shall inform us via e-mail to [email protected] before placing a new order.
  • Any exchange for products caused by wrong size can only be made after you inform us first via [email protected] within 5 (five) working days after you received the product.
  • We will ship the new product after the returned item is received by us.

Requirement for Return and Exchange

  • When contacting us, please provide some clear pictures of the faulty product to give us view on actual condition of the product by the time you received it.
